Community Safety in our Neighbourhood
Crime and safety are important issues that many residents have raised with me. That is why, I am hosting a Community Safety Family Fun Day at Grinstead Park, supported by Queensland Police.
Residents will have an opportunity to engage with local Police and Crime Stoppers, to share your experiences, ask questions and work together toward a safer community for all. PLUS there will be a Police car for the kids to explore.
I invite you to join me for a free Family Fun Day at Grinstead Park, on Saturday 8th May from 9am – 11am. There will be a range of free activities including face painting, bubble play activity, jumping castle, sausage sizzle and coffee available for purchase.
You’ll be able to meet local Police, and chat about how we can work together to keep our homes and community safe. If you can’t make it on the day, you can still share your concerns by contacting my office via email.
